Located at 1293 Great Northern Hwy, just 5kms from the centre of the outback Kimberley town of Wyndham on a 10-acre bush block.
The Rusty Wheelbarrow B&B displays 4 Queen size rooms with your own private ensuite, beautifully decorated air-conditioned rooms.
With a queen bed, smart TV & ensuite, bar fridge and access to the onsite pool. There is a fully equipped 'communal' kitchen. There is a washing machine and dryer for guest use, free Wifi and an in-ground pool for guests to enjoy.
A Continental breakfast is included with cereal, toast, tea coffee and Juice.
***While pets are not allowed, we welcome guests accompanied by service animals.***

Location & Directions
Located 5kms from the town of Wyndham. If travelling from Kununurra, The Gibb River Rd or Parry Creek Farm, Head toward Wyndham on the highway. You will pass the turn off to the King River Road on the left. You will see a road sign on the left directing you to the Rusty Wheelbarrow B&B driveway which is on the right. The driveway is gravel but is suitable for 2WD's almost all year round
Cancellation policy
1. Reservation and cancellation
1.1.You may make a reservation by the following methods:
1.1.1Telephone, email, purchase order (approved organisations only) and by paying with card details at the time of booking by telephone; or Booking online on bookeasy.com or bank transfer.
1.1.2Your reservation is required to be paid in full prior to your arrival or by Pre approved method.
1.2.Your payment is taken in full at time of booking, unless by other arrangement. The card you use must have an expiry date that is valid until after the last day of your stay with us.
2.3.We accept payment by card, business account provided we have it at least three weeks [21 days] before the arrival date.
2.4.Your reservation will be held on the arrival date, if you are unable to attend on the date of your arrival, please advise us at your earliest convenience. For your safety and consideration of our reservation policy. Please provide an ETA.
2.5.You may cancel a reservation at any time before [10.00 am] 14 days before your arrival date for a 50%, after this will be a full fee paid.
2.6.If you cancel within the period specified above, we shall refund any payment you may have made for the period cancelled. If you cancel later, you are not entitled to any refund of money paid. We may, in our absolute discretion, refund part of any money you have paid based on your circumstances provided in writing.
3.Arrival and departure
3.1.Rooms are available from [2.00 pm] on the arrival date.
3.2.Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after [6.00 pm].
3.3.Your Room must be vacated by [10.00 am] on the day of departure. If you do not fully vacate by this time, you will be charge you an additional night.
4.Our minimum provision
4.1.A family Room provides accommodation as follows:
Queen size bed with a roll away bed, and private ensuite.
4.2.A standard Room provides accommodation as follows:
Queen room with private ensuite bathroom, TV, Aircon, bar fridge.r
4.3.We DO NOT provide a cot or basinet, you are welcome to provide this.
4.4.Breakfast is a continental breakfast only.
4.5.Bookings Friday to Sunday are a two (2) night minimum
5.Restrictions
For yourself and every person in your party, you agree that you will not:
5.1.bring any pet animal into the Premises, except SERVICE animals.
5.2.smoke in any part of our Premises. If you do, we may terminate your stay immediately and you will be entitled to no compensation.
5.3.use in the Premises any electrical appliance without obtaining our specific consent in advance;
5.4.transfer a Room reservation to any other person. If some person who is not obviously a member of your family or group tries to take up your reservation, we shall not allow him to do so.
5.5.cause damage to any part of the Premises, any Room, or any fixture, fitting or furniture. If you do, you agree to pay us immediately the sum we estimate as the cost of making good that damage.
6.Disclaimers and limitation of liability
6.1.All implied conditions, warranties and terms are excluded from this agreement.
6.2.You agree that in any circumstances when we may become liable to you, the limit of our liability is the amount you have paid us for your Room.
6.3.We shall not be liable to you for any loss or expense which is:
6.3.1indirect or consequential loss; or
6.3.2economic loss or other loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable or we knew you might incur it.
6.4.Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as limiting or excluding our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
6.5.You accept that the Rusty wheelbarrow is a bush setting and has uneven surfaces, you will take care with walking on the pathways and in areas that are well lit.
6.6.The Rusty Wheelbarrow accepts no responsibility, to any damage of your items, belongings or self.
7.Your indemnity
You now agree to indemnify us against all loss, including economic loss, caused to the Premises, its staff, contractors, clients and guests, arising from:
7.1.your breach of this agreement;
7.2.damage to any Room, fixture, fitting or furniture by you or any person for whom you have made a booking, or who is in your party;
7.3.any adverse affect you may have on any third party customer or client of ours, or any actual or potential booking by any such person.
