HOW TO ACCESS YOUR KIMBERLEY WANDERER PASS

Who is eligible to receive a Kimberley Wanderer Pass?

This promotion is open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years and over, who have booked an eligible flight between Perth and Kununurra through Virgin Australia on or after 29 March 2021, with travel taking place before 30 September 2021.

How do I sign up for a Kimberley Wanderer Pass?

You will receive information about how to access your pass within three days of making your Virgin Australia booking. Follow the email instructions to be taken to a registration page, fill in your details in the online form and click “Submit”.

Within 24 hours, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you gave in your registration form. The email will contain a unique code you can use when booking your experience through the Kununurra Visitor Centre.

I don’t have an email address, how can I access the Kimberley Wanderer Pass?

You must have a valid email address in order to receive information to access your Pass.

Can I give my Kimberley Wanderer Pass to someone else?

No. The Kimberley Wanderer Pass is non-transferable.

How do I redeem my Kimberley Wanderer Pass?

Once you have received an email with your unique Kimberley Wanderer Pass Code, see what eligible experiences are available to book at the Kununurra Visitor Centre website.

What tourism experience (s) can I book to redeem my Kimberley Wanderer Pass?

Your Kimberley Wanderer Pass is valid on selected tours and tourism experiences that are available to book via the Kununurra Visitor Centre.

Can I use the Kimberley Wanderer Pass for an existing tour/experience booking?

The Kimberley Wanderer Pass can only be used on new bookings taken from March 29, 2021 through to September 30, 2021.

Does the Kimberley Wanderer Pass require me to make a minimum spend in order to be valid?

No. You don’t need to make a minimum spend in order to enjoy the $300 Kimberley Wanderer Pass credit on an eligible tour or experience. However, if you don’t use the full $300 value in one booking, you can’t apply any remaining balance to further bookings or redeem it for cash.

What is the timeframe for redeeming my Kimberley Wanderer Pass (i.e. make a booking with a tour operator)?

You have until September 30, 2021 to book and take your preferred tour or tourism experience using your Kimberley Wanderer Pass.

Can I use more than one Kimberley Wanderer Pass on a booking?

Yes, multiple Kimberley Wanderer Passes can be redeemed on a single booking. However, please note if you do not use the full $300 value of a Pass, the balance cannot be applied to subsequent bookings or be redeemed for cash or credit.

Can Kimberley Wanderer Pass bookings only be made through the Kununurra Visitor Centre?

Yes. Bookings can only be made through the Kununurra Visitor Centre - either online, by phone or in person.

I’ve booked an experience using my Kimberley Wanderer Pass, but need to cancel the booking. Can I get my Kimberley Wanderer Pass refunded?

You’ll need to check the individual operator terms and conditions that were applied to your booking to see if you are eligible for a refund on any balances you have paid. The value of the Kimberley Wanderer Pass (or Passes) applied to your booking cannot be refunded.

What if the Operator cancels the booking I have made using my Kimberley Wanderer Pass?

If an operator cancels your booking and no alternative date can be agreed, the Kununurra Visitor Centre will be able to apply the value of your Kimberley Wanderer Pass to a different tour or tourism experience for you.
