Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, or in case of no-show.
- A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance.
- A cancellation fee of 0% applies for cancellations made less than one month in advance.
- No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made one or more months in advance.

Purchase of any tour product on our website, direct or through any booking agent, means that the purchaser and all participants fully accept the conditions of booking below as well as our booking terms and conditions:
- By booking a tour or charter through our website you are accepting the terms of our Waiver.
- The client acknowledges that they have responsibilities while participating in the Tour, to comply with all directions and directives of the vessel Master.
- The potential health, safety, and other risks associated with Clients’ participation in the Tour, include but are not limited to accidents or illness, disease, poor sanitation, inadequate medical care and facilities, Acts of God, accidents, crime, the hazards of travel by boat and road.
- The Client may take the opportunity to ask any questions he or she may have about the Tour, and the responsibilities and risks involved, and upon making a booking on this website, willingly and freely assumes all risks associated with the Tour.
- Flicking Lures, its workers, operators, and sub-contractors will not be held liable whether negligent or otherwise for any death, individual damage, or misfortune or harm to property or person.
- The child rate is for children ages 12 years and under.
Pricing
In the event that an online or direct booking is made at an incorrect price (including zero or $0), either through human error or an issue with our booking system, the booking price will be corrected on receipt of the booking by our staff. Any adjustment will be discussed with the client to reflect the correct pricing.
We endeavour to make sure our pricing is correct and up to date, and we will advise you should a pricing or booking error occur (as soon as possible). If a booking comes through to us at an incorrect price, it may not be honoured or may be cancelled if correct price is not paid in full when requested by the team at Flicking Lures.
All prices on our website are in AUD (Australian dollars) and are inclusive of GST.
